MarocBox is the bridge between UK e-commerce and your address in Morocco. You shop, we buy, we ship. You pay once in dirhams — all included.
Browse Amazon UK, Argos, ASOS, John Lewis, Currys, M&S, Boots, eBay UK, Selfridges, Decathlon UK, Next, Zara — basically any UK site that delivers within the UK. When you find your product, copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
💡 Tip: Open the product on the UK site (not just a Google image). The URL should look like https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/XXXXXXXX.
Sign in, click "New order", paste the URL into the form. Our system reads the page, fills in the product title, GBP price, and weight automatically. You can add multiple items in the same basket — we ship them in one parcel from our UK warehouse, so bundling saves you money.
The quote on the right shows everything in dirhams, all-included: product price, UK delivery, international shipping, customs estimate, and our 15% service fee. No surprises later.

💡 Tip: If you've never used a forwarder before, pick DDP. It's a bit more expensive but eliminates the most common new-customer complaint: 'I had to pay extra at delivery.'
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and CMI cards (Moroccan or foreign-issued). The amount you pay is exactly what was shown on the quote — locked in MAD at today's exchange rate.
Got a discount code from a friend or a promo? Paste it in the checkout field. The discount applies live before you pay.
⚠ Watch out: Once you pay, the order is final. Because we buy from the UK retailer immediately to lock in stock + price, we don't accept change-of-mind cancellations. See the refund policy for the exceptions (out-of-stock, defective, lost in transit).

The tracking page works without logging in — share the link with whoever's home to receive the parcel.
After delivery, you get one last email with a 👍 / 👎 button. One click is all it takes. Optional comment.
Your feedback shows up on the owner's dashboard — they read every comment.
💡 Tip: If something went wrong (item missing, damaged, wrong size), reply to the delivery email within 7 days with photos. We coordinate the return with the UK retailer on your behalf.
